  I come through this area a lot and I always pass the cross county mall from the highway and see Shake Shack. I always get a craving but fight it because this stuff isn't the healthiest. I went nuts here and for the first time ordered the shroom burger.  It was surprisingly good. The mushroom was fried well and the sauce that comes with it made the sandwich. Pretty good for being vegetarian. I also wanted to try the chicken bites. These unfortunately did not hit the mark. The breading was falling off and they were kind of chewy. Luckily they are known for their burgers.
  
  The one redeeming quality was that the service is second to none here. The managers walk around and ask you how the meal was. Maybe even help you throw stuff away. Its the little things that count.  The cashier was so nice it was refreshing.
  
  Overall, a solid 4 stars here. Shack shack always seems to do it right. The chicken bites weren't up to par but who cares it is a burger place.

  Just left this shake shack. I asked for a simple order. ICE CREAM! The cashier was leaning on the register looking miserable. She charged me for two cones even though I asked for one. I was like whatever. I'll give it to the people I was with. Then I waited over 30 minutes... for ICE CREAM and people that came in after me were getting COOKED meals. I went to ask the other employee why I wasn't getting my order. "We were calling you but we didn't know where you were. we don't have vanilla ice cream" 1. no one called me. 2. i was standing right in front of her the whole time.
  
  I asked for my money back, because I was annoyed, and they seemed bothered by the fact that I didn't want to substitute it for chocolate... I got no apology. nothing.
  
  If you hate your job... at least pretend you don't and don't take it out on the customer. Customer service was horrible. never coming back.

  Probably my least favorite location simply because every time your buzzer goes off for food, you end up waiting another 10-15 min while no one makes eye contact or says anything to you.
  
  Otherwise like shake shack like every other person.

  I love Shake Shack in general. The pros: their burgers are so good....with cherry pepper relish on them with some raw onion? Killer. The fries....SO GOOD. I typically hate crinkle cut fries, but theirs are seasoned and so delicious, even without ketchup. SO CRUNCHY! MMM. Their new chicken nuggets - they remind me of Chik Fil A chicken nuggets, but without the homophobia. The BBQ sauce that comes with those chicken nuggets? SECOND TO NONE. They need to jar that shit and sell it, b/c I would buy it and smother it all over my grilled meats. Honestly, I feel like they just do everything they need to do right.
  
  This particular Shake Shack I've been to twice. First time, the line was almost out the door, but it kept moving, and the tall, thin black guy who was at the counter was so friendly and amazing and upbeat - definitely give kudos to that guy for handling a huge number of customers one after the other with a friendly smile on his face but at a fast, efficient pace that didn't feel rushy or pushy. Someone give this man a raise! Second time I ordered ahead for pick up, so it saved some time - would def recommend using the app so you can avoid waiting on the line. I'd say to time it to be in the store within 10-15 min so your food isn't sitting there in a bag just dying.
  
  Down side: it's expensive. Expect to spend at least $15-20 per person. It's not McD prices, but it's also not McD slop. I'm ok with it. For 2 burgers, 2 fries, 2 drinks, 1 small shake, and the nuggets, we were out about $45 I think.

  Where do I begin. My brother, who is visiting from out of state for Mother's Day, and I, ordered through your Shake Shack app.  Our order totaled $40. I was told that my order would be ready for pickup by 2:36 PM. I arrived and was waiting for my order to say completed as this isn't my first time ordering thru the app. I waited until 2:50pm to ask someone if my order was ready. They informed me that my order was not ready.  I patiently waited.  My order was not ready until 3:28pm.  I have picture proof.  The wait alone was ridiculous enough.
  When I received my order, it was missing the sauces on the side:  2 Cheese sauces, and one Shack sauce.  When I asked the counter attendant for the missing sauces, rather than asking what the issue was, she instead immediately answered back with "That will be $1.10 each."  I had already paid for the cheese sauces and had not even left the building as we had decided to eat the food there. She was very unprofessional about the whole ordeal and I felt embarrassed in front of the line of people. She did begrudgingly give me the sauces.  In addition, my brother made customizations to his burger that were not done. We ordered bacon, cherry peppers and a side of shack sauce on the side, as this was his first time to a Shake Shack, since he lives in Vermont. He only received the Cherry Peppers and they were placed haphazardly on the side of his burger as if they were an afterthought. He had to go back to the counter himself and have his burger remade. Again, the woman at the counter was very rude and instead of giving him the receipt back she tossed it in the garbage, and he had to have them reprint the receipt. I did not receive my shack sauce on the side but at this point my frustration made me say to hell with it. The staff seems to be very unprofessional at this location. The canisters for the ketchup were left empty and were only releasing ketchupy water. As I was standing there trying to get ketchup, water from the what appears to be the air unit above fell on me. All in all, this was an overall terrible experience at Shake Shack. This experience has really turned me off Shake Shack and my brother now refers to you as Shake Shit.
  
  P.S. Check your cameras around that time, you will see that your employees were in the back, throwing tomatoes at each other.
